TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDING JUDGE:
The petition of Myrtle M.Allison respectfully
represents:
1.The name of the decedent is George D.Allison
and his last residence was 505 North Main Street,City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.George D.Allison died June 8,1971.
3.All personal property of the decedent consists
of the executor's commission due and unpaid from the Estate of
Jennie Belle Lane,deceased,and the cash residue in the estate
of Jennie Belle Lane,deceased,agreeable to the Adjudication
and Decree therein entered Oc~ober 14,1971,at No.63~70-1080
in the Orphans'Court Division of the.Court of Common Pleas of
Washington County.No wages were paid to members of the
decedent's family under the provisions of Section 201 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949.Your petitioner claims her family
allowance in the sum of Fifteen Hundred and no/IOO ($1500.00)
Dollars as surviving widow residing'~ith the decedent up to the
date of his death..'

said George D.Allison is hereto attached and made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A".
5.That the said George D.Allison died during
his administration as executor of the Estate of Jennie Belle
Lane,deceased,and your petitioner was permitted to file an
Account which enabled the estate to be closed.The funds of
the Jennie Belle Lane Estate are in a savings account in
Washington office of Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,
Account No.61-3716 in.the name of Mrs.J.Belle Lane in which
the present balance is $2376.66 and the estate checking account
in Washington office of Commercial Bank &Trust Company in which
the present balance is $962.29,or a total of $3338.95.
Your petitioner has no presently established authority to draw
upon either account and there is owing and unpaid out of said.funds ,in the Jennie Belle Lane Estate the following items for
which credit was taken Pro forma in the account and/or are
reflected in the Decree of Distribution:George D.Allison,
Executor's commission $265.00 and McCreight,Marriner &McCreight,
attorneys fees and costs in the total sum of $333.50 payment of
the following expenses in the Jennie Belle Lane Estate:

Your petitioner also paid William Neal Funeral Home
the sum of $1,336.00 for funeral services for George D.Allison,
on September 10,1971,and Kurtz Monument Company $16.00 for
lettering on his marker and a balance due the Washington Hospital
in the sum of $71.50,and requests reimbursement therefore to
the extent that funds are available therefore after payment of
the costs of these proceedings.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that an Order be
made authorizing her to withdraw and close the savings account
hereinabove mentioned,to deposit the proceeds thereof in the
estate account in Washington office of Commercial Bank &Trust
Company and that she be authorized and directed to pay therefrom
the following checks:
McCreight,Marriner &McCreight
Attorneys fees and costs in Jennie Belle
Lane Estate in the sum of $333.50 and
fees and costs in the George Allison
Estate in the sum of $109.50,or a total
of $443.00

publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal
or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
wife,1fYRTLE M.ALLISON,if she is living thirty (30)days after
my decease.In the event that my wife,Myrtle M.Allison,pre-de-
ceases me or is not living thirty (30)days after my decease,I
give,devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed and wherever situate,to my son,GEORGE REX ALLISON,my
daughter,WILDA TAGGART,my daughter,MARGARET TAGGART,my daughter,
MARY HELEN SMITH,and my granddaughter,LORNA PAULETTE ALLISON,share
and share alike,or one-fifth (1/5th)to each of them
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
