TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Dominick A.DeFilippisJ Jr.,by his
attorney,John Solomon,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the father of the deceased,
Karen DeFilippis,whose residence is R.D.#1,Hickory,Pennsyivan a.
2.That the address,:of the decedent was 4539 Lake Ave
341,Dallas,Texas,75219,whose domicile was R.D.#1,Hickory,-.Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died September 4,1971,at Dallas,
Texas,and was twenty-one (21)years of age.A family relation-
ship was maintained between your petitioner and the deceased until
the time of her death.
4,That the estate of the decedent is in a small amount
not sufficient to warrant administration and filing of inventory,
account and audit petition.
5.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of personal property,being a savings account with Braniff Airways
Federal Credit Union in the amount of $241.45;and a 1969 MG
motor vehicle,Serial No.GAN4U69ll5G,Title No.58597290,having
a value of $1,500.00.
6.That the decedent left to survive her the following

assert a claim for the share of the estate of the decedent.

to the provisions of Art.,II.Sec.202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Karen DeFilippis,deceased,domi-
ciled in the State of Texas,and leaving an estate composed of a
savings account and a motor vehicle of a gross value not exceeding
Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars.
WHEREFORE,your ~titioner prays your Honorable Court to
enter a Decree of Distribution of the savings account with Braniff
Airways Federal Credit Union and the MG motor vehicle without fur-
ther notice or with such notice as your Honorable Court may deem
necessary and without grant of letters testamentary.

foregoing Petition for settlement of an estate of less't&an
Five Thousand($5,000.~O)Dollars,having been presented in open
Court and upon consideration thereof and upon motion of John
Solomon,Esq.,Attorney for the Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGE
and DECREED that the savings account with Braniff Airways Federal
Credit Union in the amount of $241.45 and the 1969 MG motor
vehicle,Serial No.GAN4U69ll5G,Title No.58597290,having a
value of $1,500.00 shall be distributed in the following manner:
TO:DOMINICK A.DE FILIPPIS,JR.,the amount of $241.45 as partial
reimbursement for payment of funeral expense,and that the State
Highway Department of the State of Texas is requested and author-
ized to register this motor vehicle in the name of any person
designated by Dominick A.DeFilippis,Jr.,petitioner,upon the
payment of the proper registration fee.
