PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The Petition of Frank C.Carroll,respectfully represents:,
1.That your petitioner is the Administrator of the
Estate of Sandra Asencio,Deceased,and is,therefore,a party
in interes t in her es tate.
2.That the decedent,Sandra Asencio,died,intestate,
on December 13,1966,at Washington,Pennsylvania,her residence
at that time being 73 Meserole Street,Brooklyn,New York.
3.That the decedent's entire estate consists of the
following asset:

Civil Action,in the Western District
of Pennsylvania,U.S.District Court.$974.80

6.That Letters of Administration were granted to your
petitioner,Frank C.Carroll,as Administrator of the Estate of
Sandra Asencio,Deceased,by the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,on December 7,1967,but no advertisement
of the same was ever made.
7.That no wages have been paid 'direct1y to members of
the decedent's family under Section 201 of the Act of 1949,and
no payment is anticipated.
8.That this Petition for Settlement is made pursuant
to the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April
18,1949,P.L.502,as amended (20 P.S.320.202),and Section
211 of the same Act,as amended (20 P.S.320.211).
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays yQur Honorable Court to
enter a Decree of Distribution,awarding the entire balance of
the estate,after the payment of any Inheritance Tax which may b
due,as follows:

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW,this ~day of 1971,
the foregoing Petition for Settlement of Small Estate having
been presented in open Court by Frank C.Carroll,Attorney and
Administrator of the Estate of Sandra Asencio,Deceased,IT IS
ORDERED AND DECREED that this estate be distributed,after the
payment of any Inheritance Tax which may be due,as follows:
JUAN ASENCIO,reimbursement of funeral expenses advanced $859.90
FRANK C.CARROLL,Reimbursement of expenses,costs,
advanced,and Attorney·'s fees in connection with
estate 574.50
JUAN ASENCIO,father,1/2 BALANCE
HILDA ASENCIO,mother 1/2 BALANCE
and FRANK C.CARROLL,as Administrator of said estate is author-
ized and directed to pay any Inheritance Tax which may be due,
and make distribution of the balance of the estate in accord
herewith.
