$5,000 OR LESS UNDER PROVISION OF SECTION 202
OF THE FIDUCIARY'S ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
1.That the Decedent,ALBERT HASSICK,resided
at 567 Conrad Avenue,North Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That the Decedent,ALBERT HASSICK,died on
ovembel 24,1971.
3.That the Decedent,ALBERT HASSIC~,died intestate
survived by his widow,SUE HASSICK,the Petitioner herein and his
on~ALAN A.HASSICK and ALBERT A.HASSICK,a minor.
4.That your Petitioner,SUE HASSICK,resides at
567 Conrad Avenue,North Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
5.That the sole assets of the Estate were as follows:

as husband and wife at the time of the decedent's death,and that
youx Petitioner hexeby claims the family exemption in the amount
of One Thousand Five Hundxed and no/IOO ($1,500.00)Dollars.

to ORDER AND DECREE that the bank account in the name of the

ordered distributed to your Petitioner,SUE HASSICK,fox her~ole and exclusive use fo.eve.,and that title to the 1964 Foxd
Sedan and the 1971 Plymouth Valiant Sedan be the sole and separate

account by Pittsburgh National Bank be distributed to your
Petitioner for her sole and exclusive use forever,and that
title to the 1964 Ford Sedan and the 1971 Plymouth Valiant
Sedan i.the sole and separate property of Y9U1 Petitioner;
and furtheI,that the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue is
ordered and directed to transfer the title of said vehicles
