capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by

me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts,funeral expenses,and the costs of the
administration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be
propen and convenient,
2.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty ($750.00)Dollars to Kenneth "B.
Cope and Betty L.Cope,his wife,Box 231,R.D.#2,Clairton,
Pennsylvania,in reimbursement for the amounts which they have
,paid for my real estate taxes during the years of 1966 to 1971,
said amounts being in the aggregate sum of $672.22.

5.I hereby appoint Joseph L.Hoffmann of Monongahela
