TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Violet Rokovich Harhay respectfully repre~~
sents:
1.That Petitioner is the parent and natural guardian of
John J.Rokovich,a minor,and that both reside on Main street in the
Borough of Allenport,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That Petitioner and her son,John J.Rokovich,are
joint tenants with right of survivorship in a parcel of land situate
in the Borough of Allenport,Washington county,Pennsylvania known
as Lot No.32 in the Adamsburg-Washington No.1 Plan of Lots,
being more fully bounded and described £n the Agreement of Sale
attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
3.That said MinorIs interest in the real estate was
acquired by a conveyance from Petitioner to Petitioner and her
son by deed dated August 7,1970,recorded in the Recorder's
Office in and for Wa~hington County,Pennsylvania in Deed Book
Vol.1322,page 615.
4.That the said real estate is assessed for taxation
in the sum of $1,670.00 (copy of official certificate of assess-
ment attached hereto).Affidavits as to the value of said real
estate by two riompetent persons are also hereto attached as
Exhibits "B"and "C".
5.That Petitioner and her minor son have agreed to
sell said real estate at private sale to Earl A.Blevins and
Karen L.Blevins,his wife,for $7,500.00 in cash for the whole
thereof clear of encurnberance,copy of which is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A."
6.That your Petitioner believes $7,500.00 is a 'fair
price for the premises and a better price than can be obtained
at public sale,and that the sale will be to the interest and
advantage of the minor in that the value of said premises is
decreasing and the difficulties involved in the rental thereof
constitute an unprofitable situation.

WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
authorize her as the1parent and natural guardian of the said minor
to join in the sale of the real estate aforesaid.

PETITION TO APPROVE
SALE OF REAL ESTATE
1.The -Petitioners in this proceedings appeared in
Court on January 4,1972,by their attorney,Jack H.France,
Esquire,of Murphy and France,at the time set for confirmation
of a sale of the real estate subject to this proceedings under
agreement with Earl A.Blevins and Karen Blevins,his wife.
2.·~t:the said time and place the court was advised
that the said Earl A.BQevins had died between the presentation
of the Petition and said time aforesaid and further that the
lending institution had withdrawn their loan committment in this
matter.
3.The property was bid:for Eight Thousand and no/lOO
($8,000.00)Dollars in open Court and after your honorable
Patsy V.Marino,the hearing judge in this matter left the
bench,the bidder negotiated an agreement with the Petitioner
in this case to purchase the place on the exact same terms and

conditions as the agreement with saia Earl A.Blevins,Et.Ux.,
which is attached to the original petition in this case,those
terms being the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and no/100
($7,500.00)Dollars net cash to the Petitioners and the purchaser
pay all transfer taxes,fees,costs and expenses including
Revised Price Act proceedings for the sale of the minor's interes •
WHEREFORE the Petitioners pray yourhonorable court
approve the sa le of the subject property for the sum of Seven '~,
Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 ($7,500.00)Dollars,pus all
attorneys fees,costs,expenses,transfer taxes and any and all
other items so that the net result is that the Petitioners receive
the sum of $7,500.00.
