PETITION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Susan Pelliccione,also known as Assunda P.
Pelliccioni,respectfully represents that:
1.She is the widow of the late Armand Pelliccione,also known as
Armand Pelliccioni,and resided with him at 85 McKean Avenue,Borough of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,prior to and at the time of his
death.
2.The said decedent died November 15th;1971.

3.At the time of his death decedent owned the following personal
property:
$50 U.S.Savings Bond Series E,No.L3256223E,issued Jan.1942,
Accounts rece'~able from business known as Armand's Tea Co.,
Inventory from business known as Armand's Tea Co.,
No wages were paid to the Petitioner or any other person under
the provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
4.There is attached hereto,marked Exhibit '~",original copy of
Will of Armand Pelliccioni,dated March 12th,1946,wherein he designate
your Petitioner as his sole heir and Executrix.

5.There are no creditors of the decedent except the following,
who will be paid by Petitioner:
Buck's Garage,Webster,Pa.,$118.83
Charles Klein &Co.,1039 Fifth Avenue,
Pittsburgh,wholesale dry goods,
5.Attached hereto,marked Exhibit liB II ,is receipted funeral bill
from DeRienzo Funeral Home in the sum of $2,240.00;this amount was paid
by your Petitioner.
6.Attached hereto,marked Exhibit "C",is an appraisement of the
personalty of the decedent made by two adult persons familiar with the
value of the assets involved.
7.Your Petitioner is entitled to make the claim of the $1500.00
family exemption by reason of her being the surviving spouse of decedent
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court order distri-
bution of the above estate assets to her under the provisions of Section
202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,P.L.512,as amended,in
settlement of her family exemption claim and in partial reimbursement
of funeral expenses.

Before me,the undersigned authority,personally appeared ARNOLD W.
HIRSCH and PHYLLIS PELLICCIONE,who,being duly sworn according to law,
depose and say that they are adult persons familiar with the assets of
the Estate of Armand Pelliccione,and that the following schedule
constitutes a complete inventory and appraisement of the personal estat
of the said decedent,and that the figures opposite each item are
determined and stated by the undersigned to be the fair value of said
items as of the date of the decedent's death,based upon a just
appraisement of each item made by us as appraisers:
