chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Her

BE IT REMEMBERED that I,MICHAEL ALBERT,of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
alr wills and testaments,orw'ritings in the nature thereof,by me at any
time heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situated at the
time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath equally,share and share
alike,to my beloved children,Rose Tominello,Sadie Urban,Michael Albert,
Jr.,Minnie Kucia,George Albert,Esau Albert,Elizabeth Albert,and my
beloved step-son Union S.Abraham,so that each of them will receive a
one-eighth (1/8)share.

THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter Minnie Kucia as the
executrix of this my last will and testament.

back one hundred (100)feet to Linden Alley.
Excepting and reserving however all the natural gas and oil underlying the
said land but no wells shall be drilled on the same for either.
Being the same premises conveyed by Matthew J.Bal1aban,widower"to Michael
Albert and Catherine:A1bert,his Wife,by Deed dated May 23,'1955,and recorded
in Deed Book Volume 930,page 586.,Said Catherine Albert died intestate on the
28th day of May,1962,thereby vesting title in the aforesaid real estate in Michael
Albert.The said Michael Albert died testate on the 31st day of October,1971,and by
his Last Will and Testament of record in Will Book No.113 appointed Minnie Kucia
as Executrix to whom Letters Testamentary were granted on December 7,1971.

BE IT REMEMBERED that I,MICHAEL ALBERT,of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situated at the
time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath equally,share and share
alike,to my beloved children,Rose Tominello,Sadie Urban,Michael Albert,
Jr.,Minnie Kucia,George Albert,Esau Albert,Elizabeth Albert,and my
beloved step-son Union S.Abraham,so that each of them will receive a
one-eighth (1/8)share....
