decease as conveniently may be.

of stock:20 shares of Georgia-Pacific Corporation;1 share of The
American Tobacco Company;3 shares of American Telephone and Tele-

discovered the second will of Julia Thompson dated September 15,

Dear Sir:
In connection with the First and Final Account filed in the above
captioned Estate,please be advised as follows:
1.This Estate was opened in 1971 with Bloom,Bloom,Rosenberg and
Bloom.The personalty consisted of securities which were converted into cash
pnd the remaining asset,being a house and lot located on 14 Springfield
Avenue,was apparently occupied by Roland Thompson,Son of the Decedent,and
therefore,was never sold.
2.Roland Thompson died February 3,1987 and the taxes and sewage
charges accumulated against the real estate.
3.On March 27,1987 Julia Jo Thompson Derbish was appointed
Administratrix,DBN CTA and she and her Husband advanced money and labor to
put the house into saleable condition and the house was finally sold on July
9,1990 for $22,000.00.
4.The real estate was encumbered with an open mortgage which
required the filing of a quiet title proceeding.
5.This Account attempts to consolidate the activities of the
Estate from its inception in 1971 and the early records were gleaned from the
Bloom files.
6.You will note that the attorney's fees are substantial in this
Estate,$426.50 having been paid to Blooms and $700.00 payable to me for a
title examination which was very complicated and the quiet title proceeding.
A final attorney's fee of $1,100.00 is requested as attorney for the
Administratrix DBN CTA.

I,JULIA THOMPSON,of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,I
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,herebt
revoking and making void all other Wills or Testaments heretofore
by me at any time made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter
named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the following shares
of stock:20 shares of Georgia-Pacific Corporation;1 share of The
American Tobacco Company;3 shares of American Telephone and Tele~
graph Company;and,1125/10,000 shares of Owens-Illinois Glass

Company to my daughter-in-law,Sarah R.Wise,who loaned me the
sum of $600.00 during my lifetime.It is my understanding that thi
loan is cancelled as of my decease in return for the stock willed

Julius C.Thompson to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond.

JULIE JO 'Il'HOMPSON,DONNA ZI..ENA THOMPSON and ANTHONY THOMPSON,all the rest
and residue of my estate,sbare and share alike.
FOURTH:Should .y said crandchildren,or·any of them,be under
the ace of elchteen years,at the time of my deatb,then I hereby constitute
and appoint CHARLES JULIUS TIIOilPSON,JR.,as their GlISrdian,to hold the•
respective sbares of said grandchildren,and if p03sible,to invest the sase,
witb leave and authority to prOVide from their respective shares,any funds
necessary for the education and support of my said crandchildren and to pay
over to them,88 they respectively arrive at the ace of eichteen years,
any portion of their share remaininc and unexpended.
FIFTH:I hereby authorize ~y Executor hereinafter named,to
sell,at his discretion,any resl estate constitutinc part of my estate,at
public or private sale and at such price or prices and upon such terms as to
