ESTELLA M.McCARRELL
I,Estella M.McCarrell,a resident of North Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of the property or'
which I may die seized to my husband,-T.L.McCarrell.
ITEM III.In the event myhusband predeceases me,there will have
been probated a Will of his and in Item V thereof he will have created a trust,and

of certain pecuniary amounts out of the corpus of the said trust totaling $'51,000.00.
We have discussed this matter together and do not know whether there will be in

said trust sufficient funds to pay said pecuniary gifts in full.Therefore,in the
event there are insuffident fUI!9?in the.corpus of said trust to pay such pecuniary
gifts in full,I do hereby give,devise and bequeath to the various individuals
named in his said Will,Item V,paragraph 3,sub-paragraph (a)to (£)both inclusive
an amount,which,taken together with the amount available in said trust for said
gifts will make the total pa'yable to each of the individuals named tl1erein the amount
set forth in my husbands Will aforesaid.In the event there are sufficient funds to
pay them the amount set forth therein out of said trust this bequest shall be null and
void.In the event they shall inherit hereunder,I direct tiJat the inheritance tax
thereon be paid out of my residuary estate.The intent and purpose of this Item is
to implement the payments out of said trust so that each of the beneficiaries thereof
will receive the amounts set forth therein from him or from both of us,and for
such purposes do incorporate herein said Item V.paragraph 3,sub-paragraphs
(a)to (f)thereof byreference thereto.
ITEM IV.In the event my husband predeceases me I hereby give,
devise and beq~eath all the rest,residue and remainder of the property of which
I may die seized to my four children,J.Leman McCarrell,Jay W.McCarrell,
Lois Brown,and Ellen Carter,share-and share alike.
ITEM V.I hereby nominate and appoint my husband,T.L.McCarrell
to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event he is unable or
unwilling to serve I hereby nominate and appoint my son Jay W.McCarrell,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
