ATTORNEY AT LAW 617 McKEAN AVENUe: DONORA,PENNSYLVANIA 15033 i -;),5-/7) \ l_, IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS'COURT DIVISION In Re: Estate of JOHN MARAUDA, Deceased. ) ) ) ) ) No.j/i,0ot LW--- PETITION FOR.SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The petition of PHILIP L.DeRIENZO,claimant,respectfully represents: 1.That John Marauda,died at the age of 82 years,intestate,on October 13, 1971,a resident ofl116 Tenth Street,Donora,Washington County,Pa. 2.That Philip L.DeRienzo,your petitioner and claimant,resides at 782 Thompson Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and is the owner and operator,at that address,of the Philip L.DeRienzo Funeral Home. 3.That the said John Marauda,at the time of his death was unmarried,his wife,Thelma Marauda,having predeceased him on or about October 1,1969, and neither left any issue them surviving. 4.That there has been no previous application for Letters of Administration, nor does anyone intend to apply for same,to the best of your petitioner's knowledge. ------------~------------- 5.That there are no known intestate heirs of said John Marauda,as set forth in the Intestate Act of 1947,to the best of your petitioner's knowledge. 6.That at the time of his death,John Marauda was seized of the following asset: A.Pittsburgh National Bank -Donora Office Checking Account $1,955.29 • 7.That the names of all unpaid claimants of whome your petitioner has notice or knowledge are as follows: A.Dimitri M.Petro,M.D.-Bal.due after Medicare B.Charleroi-Monessen Hospital -Bal.Due C.Bell of Pennsylvania -Final phone bill D.Philip L.DeRienzo -Funeral services $67.87 44.60 3.92 1,275.00 8.That no schedule of assets and deductions for inheritance tax purposes has been filed,since the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be entitled to the balance of the estate after payment of claimants. 9.That no prior notice of intention to file this petition has been give,since there are no known heirs or beneficiaries.
