and offered for proof and probate.
And thereupon appeared John A.Rybka a~d Irene S.Ryb~3,the two competent

Last Will and Testament and that,in the preS0~ce of the said test~trix and at he~
request and in the presence of each O~:.JT,they,the said John A.Rybka and Irene

Irene S.Rybka further test~fied that or.the 7th day of :;:~nua::cy,1959,the day the

verily believe that the said Sop;'1ia Kuzner,the 'cestat::_:I,was then over the ega
of 21 years,of sound mind and m~""mory end capable in all respects of ffi(j,king said
Will.
The said p~er writing is therefore considered by the Cou~t to be fully proven as
and ror the Last Will and Testament of the said Sophia Kez~er,deceased,and is
accordingly admitted to probate in this Court and ordered to be r0co~ded and filed
as SUCh.
And it ~ppea~ing to the Court that Theodore Kuzner was ~&~ed Executor of said ~il1
to serve without bond and Nellie Jane Msrtimer was named Executrix of said Will to
serve without ~ond but Theodore Kuzner has declined ~o serve and has nODinated
Nellie Jane Mortimer to serve,thereupon ca~e the sai~Ne~~ie ja~e Morti2sr and
