TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT: The Petition of Betty Morosky respectfully represents: 1.The decedent,John H.Horstman,who died October 31,1971, was a resident of the Washington County Home,2198 N.M~in Street, Washington,Washington Counyu,Pennsylvania. 2.Your petitioner,whose address is 305 Second Street, Marianna,Washington County,Pennsylvania,is the daughter of decedent'd deceased ,wife,a.nd handled decedent's affairs and made funeral arrangements,and on the date of the decedent's death did not form a part o~the decedent's household. 3.The decedent died intestate and no letters of administra- tion have been granted. 4.The decedent left surviving him one brother,Arthur H. Horstman whose address is unknown,and under the intestate act is entitled to the entire balance of the decedent's estate. $.There is no person entitled to the family exemption. 6.Decedent's estate consists of the following: a.Cash on hand b.Social security Death Benefit c.United Mine Workers'Death Benefit Total $1337.52 255.00 350.00 $1942.52 7.The debts of the estate consist of the following: $1247.80 620.00 75.00 Funeral Marker Preparing & Filing Petition a.Shrontz &Nichol Funeral Home b.Simon White c.Brunner &Gregory 8.There are no other claims of which petitioner has notice or knowledge. 9.No notice has been given to Arthur H.Horstman whose address is unknown,and who was last known to have resided in Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania. WHEREFORE,petitioner prays your honorable Court to direct that the assets of the estate be paid to your petitioner,Betty Moroaky,and that she be directed to expend the monies received to pay the debts and expenses shown above.
