in South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.This real
estate I devise equally to my three (3)children:Anna Devenney,Mich-'
igan Avenue,V!ashington,Pennsylvania;Frank Kraushaar,600 "Glenn Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania;and John Kraushaar,1109 Carl Avenue,streator,
Illinois;however,specifically authorizing my Exeoutor hereinafter
named,to sell this real estate for such price as he may deem best,
'.either at private or public sale,and to give a deed for the same,if,
in his opinion either the .best interests of my esta.te or family harmony
should require such sale;in the event of suoh sale my Executor shall
divide and pay over the proceeds equally to the same said three (3)
children above named.
