PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE The Petition of Lena Bailey Bell respectfully represents hat: 1.J.Franklin Bell died October 17,1971,in Washington ashington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of 94 years.The last ermanent residence of the decedent was the George Washington Hotel 60 South Main Street,Washington,Pennsylvania. 2.The decedent died testate leaving a will dated ecember 6,1955,which said will is attached hereto and made a art hereof. 3.The said decedent's next of kin at the date of his eath were his widow,Lena Bailey Bell,petitioner herein,and Mrs. argot Maw,daughter and only child of the decedent. 4.The petitioner nor any other party has received or pplied for letters testamentary in the above estate. 5.The sole asset in the decedent's estate consists of checking account in the Washington,Pennsylvania,Office of the ellon National Bank &Trust Company in the amount of $1,070.00. 6.There are no unpaid creditors of the decedent's state. 7.Under said will,the only person entitled to share in the estate of the decedent is Lena Bailey Bell,petitioner herein. • 8.Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Form No.RCC-62 has been filed with the Register of Wills and no inheritance tax is due and owing.
