to be determined by the Court by way of interpretation.There
is one question that came up this morning on this estate,Your
Honor.One of the heirs,Mr.George Bedilion,is here.And he
has indicated to me that a person by the name of Jane Weaver

of Washington,Pa.,for some six days,rendered care to the
decedent,Bertha Mae Lyle,and he would like to pay her a certai

amount of money for tha t care.The only problem that I see or
h ave in this Il3l.tter is that there has never been any:~notice
to the estate that sU.c'ha claim was in existence and was made.Ard
the only thing I know to do,the one heir,as I indicated,George
Bedilion,is willing to pay her some consideration for that.And
the only way I know is to contact the other two heirs and see if
they would voluntarily go along with it,unless the Court feels
that it.can make that dis pos ition at this time.I don't know
whether we can or not.

There are three brothers,James C.Bedilion,who is the Admin s-.
trator,~illiam G.Bedilion,who lives in Florida,and Mr.Geor~e
Bedilion,who is from Illinois.As I say,the decedent died
October 22,1971.And this is the first that I have known of any
claim being :entered for this.

How much is the claim?
I lost a week's work,$105.00.She ruined my
couch.When I took her she was one big mess.I have no certain
amount.My brother Jim sciio something about giving me money,
he'd see about it when he came to town.But he's never come to t wn.
He didn't say he was talking to Mr.Solomon or ~othing about it.
That's why I said about it today.I pret'near lost my job.She
was senile and she smacked my child many a times,but I didn't
object.I knew the condition she was in.But I just had her and sh
messed all over.you had to take care of her,she voided all over
the place,and messed all over the place in my house,which I
d idn't mind taking care of her.

The Petition of James C.Bedilion,Administrator of the
Estate of Bertha Mae Lyle,respectfully represents:
1.That Bertha Mae Lyle died intestate on October 22,
1971,a resident of Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,and that your Petitioner was duly appointed Administrator
of h~r estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on November 5,1971.
2.That your Petitioner has entered into an Agreement
to sell the only real estate owned by the said.Bertha Mae Lyle,
deceased,being 1956 Trailer and lot situate in Done~al Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,for the sum of $4,750.00,a copy
of said Agreement of Sale being attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
3.That the Affidavit of two responsible persons,
familiar with real estate values,is attached hereto which sets
forth that the price at which the real estate proposed to be sold
represents the fair market value of said property.
4.That no inventory and appraisement has been filed
to date,and said real estate owned by the decedent is valued
at $4,750.00.
5.That your petitioner filed a bond with the Register I
