III.Minority Provision In order to avoid court proceedings for the appointment of trustees or guardians for minor beneficiaries,my Trustee - Guardian For Minors appointed in Section IV below shall retain any minorIs share under the above provision,shall use from.time to time so much of it and the income thereof as he thinks proper for the minor's support and education (by paying bills directly or paying amounts to the minor or to any person taking care of the minor),shall invest any surplus until it is needed,and shall pay the remaining balance to the minor when he or she comes of age or to the minorIs heirs under the Pennsylvania intestate law in case of death during minority. IV•Appointment of Trustee -Guardian For Minors In the event that my husband predeceses me and my youngest lawful living child has not attained the age of twenty-one (21) years or should there be other minor beneficiaries at the time of my death,I appoint Veremae Aldridge,presently residing at 143 South Irvine Avenue,Sharon,Pennsylvania,as Trustee -Guardian For Minors. Should Veremae Aldridge be unable to so lerve,I appoint Alberta M. Knaell,presently residing at R.D.No.7,Gibsonia,Pennsylvania, with the same powers,duties and discretion as if originally appointed. IV Trustee -Guardian For Minors shall not be required to post any bond. V.Appointment of Executor I appoint my husband executor of this my IBst Will. Should my husband predecease me,fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the administration of my estate,I appoint Veremae Aldridge to act as such with the same powers,discretion,etc.,as if originally appointed.Should Veremae Aldridge be unable to so serve,I appoint Alberta M.Khaell with the same powers,duties and discretion as if originally appointed.IV executor shall not be reqUired to post any bond. VI.Powers of Executor and Trustee -Guardian For Minors In addition to powers granted by law,my executor and my Trustee -Guardian For Minors,if such is appointed pursuant to Section IV,shall have the following powers with respect to both principal and accumulated income and such powers shall continue until distribution is actually made: A.To sell at pUblic or private sale,to exchange, or to lease for any period of time,any real or personal property,and to give options for sales or leases; B.To compromise claim.s; c.To accept in kind,retain and invest in any form of property without being limited to legal investments; D.To allocate any property received to principal or income regardless of Whether such allocation follows the rules of trust accounting.
