Description of Real Estate
ALL that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Robinson
Township,Washington County,pennsylvania,being more particularl
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on%the Northeast corner of tract of land
herein conveyed and on the Southerly side of the public road know
as the Primrose-McDonald Road on the boundary line between herein
conveyed land and land now or late of John N.McDonald Heirs;
thence in a westerly direction along the Primrose-McDonald Road,
a distance of 85 feet'.to a point;thence £hrough the tract herein
described by even width,a distance of 120.12 feet to a point in
the right of way line of the Montour Railroad Comp.any.
TOGETHER with the right and priviledge to use,in common with
Mary E.Boynes and Thelma Boynes Sansone,their successors and
assigns,an easement over and upon a certain driveway for the
purpose of access to the ga~age located in the house upon the
property hereinabove described.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to all the reservations,exceptions,etc.,
as are contained ih the prior deeds in the chain of title.

FIRST:I direct my Executrix to pay my just debts.the
expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my jewel~,automobiles,
clothing and other purely personal effects,as well as all household goods
and equipment which I may own,to my wife,LORETTA C.BOYNES,if she .'
survives me.
In the event my said wife fails to survive me,I give and
bequeath the aforesaid items to my then living children to be distributed

I,CHARLES MARTIN BOYNES,of McDonald,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory do make,publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:l direct my 'Executrix to pay my just debts,the
,expenses of my ~ast illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give'and bequeath all my jewelry,automobiles,
clothing and other purely personal effects,as well as all household goods
and equipment which I may own,to my Wife,LOR.I!.TIA C.BOYNES,if she
surviyee me.
In'the event ~said wife rails to'survive me,I give and
bequeath the aforesaid items to my then liVing children to be distributed
