The Petition of Kirma Dawn Long,by her attorney,
Michael A.Hanna,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Harold Long,
who died on August 31,1971,at Washington,Washington County,
;Pennsylvania,a resident of 2475 National Pike,Washington,

1!washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of fifty-one (51)
~i years,leaving to survive him,his widow,Kirma Dawn Long,and
the following named children:Faye Manon,Audrey Deyell,Betty
~Roe,Donna Long and Harold Long,Jr.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Kirma Dawn Long,widow,nor does she intend to apply for said
ILetters of Administration.
3.That Harold Long died seized of a Mellon National
I:Bank &Trust Company Death Claim Rebate Check,Check No.50090,
I,in the amount of $287.28.

4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
,"property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
I'1211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:

Death Claim Rebate Check,Check No.

be confirmed and that said property be set apart·to her as
