PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF A SMALL ESTATE
Hazel Maloy,widow of Frank Maloy,petitions this Court as follows:
1.Frank Maloy died a resident of'South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,his Post Office address being 372t
Country Club Road,Washington,Pennsylvania,on October 3,1971.
2.Your Petitioner,whose Post Office address is also 372t
Country Club Road,Washington,Pennsylvania,is a widow of the decedent
and was residing with the decedent on the date of his death.
3.The decedent and the petitioner were marrierl on the 18th day
of March,1933,at Washington,Pennsylvania.
4.The decedent died intestate,leaving to survive him the following
persons entitled to share in his estate:Hazel Maloy,widow,Henry E.Maloy,
son,Marie E.West,daughter and Emma Jane Maloy,daughter.All of the
children are sui juris.
5.The petitioner is entitled to the family exemption.
6.The property of the decedent consists of two checks issued by
the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company,as follows:
(1)Check dated 10-12-71,Amount $53.00
Draft No.108570 -Insurance refund
(2)Check dated 10-11-71,Amount $138.50
Draft No.2496509 -Damage claim
7.The following disbursements have been made from the estate
prior to the filing of this petition:Barnhill Funeral Home $948.00.
8.There is yet unpaid to the Forest Lawn Gardens,the sum of
I $442.00.

WHEREFORE,the Petitioner prays that the Court direct distribution
to her of the checks listed in paragraph 6 herein,and authorize her to endorse
such checks and pay them over unto the Forest Lawn Gardens,in partial
payment of Slch indebtedneES.
