"Petroleum Exploration".
c)Any interest or share I may have in property situ~

PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The Petition of Carl T.Grinage,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the husband of Helga R.
Grinage,and is,therefore,a party in interest in her estate.
2.That the decedent,Helga R.Grinage,died,testate
on September 7,1971,at Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,her residence at that time bemg 26 Central Avenue,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.That Letters Testamentary on her estate were granted
to Carl T.Grinage on the ~day of
the said estate has not been advertised.
4.That the decedent's entire estate consists of the
following assets:

the decedent's family under Section 201 of the Act of 1949,and n

to the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April
18,1949,P.L.502,as amended (20 P.S.320.202),and Section 21
of the same Act as amended (20 P.S.320.211).
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree of Distribution,awarding the entire balance of
this estate as follows:

100 shares common stock of The Wiser Oil Company,is awarded
to Carl T.Grinage and Anna E.Rector,and the balance,consistin
of the dividend check from said stock,to be awarded to Carl T.
Grinage,and the Wiser Oil Company is hereby authorized and direc
to accept the signature of Carl T.Grinage on its stock and any
other forms it requires in order to transfer the stock from the
name of Helga R.Grinage,to Carl T.Grinage and Anna E.Rector.
