be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me here-
tofore made:
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal or
mixed,and wherever situate I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Glenn H.Sibert.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
