TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of John F.Logar respectfully states that:
1.Joseph Kalan died September 10,1971,leaving a Will dated July 12,1971,
probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on
November 29,1971.A copy of said W~ll is attached hereto and made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit "A".
2.The said Decedent in Paragraph Third of his Will appointed John A.Logar to
act as Trustee for Katherine Kalan,daughter of Decedent.
3.The Trust continues and it is necessary that a Trustee be appointed in place of
John A.Logar by reason of his death on July 14,1987.The said Trustee died leaving a Will
which has been probated with the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,at
No.63-88-0140.The Petitioner herein has been appointed personal representative of said
John A.Logar.A copy of the Certificate of Grant of Letters is attached hereto and made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "B".
4.The names and addresses ofall persons having an interest,vested or
contingent,in the Trust are as follows:

Pennsylvania 15301.The Petitioner has no interest in the Trust.
6.The assets of the Trust consist of cash in the amount of $17,573.39 which is
currently being held in a Moneytree Account in the First National Bank and Trust
Company,the said account is an interest bearing account.
7.The will of Decedent,Settlor,provides that his personal representative serve
without bond.
8.All parties in interest have been given notice of the presentation of the within
Petition by U.S.Certified Mail,Return Receipt Requested.
9.The acceptance ofPetitioner to serve as Trustee is attached hereto and made
a part hereof and marked Exhibit "C".
WHEREFORE,Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to appoint
John F.Logar,as Successor Trustee of such Trust.
