PETITION FOR REVIEW OF A FORMER
ADJUDICATION AND DECREE
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of the PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,Trustee
under the Will of Robert W.Erwin,deceased,respectfully repre-
sents:
1.Robert W.Erwin died testate April 10,1950,
domiciled in st.Louis County,Missouri,and his Last Will and
Testament is of record in Will Book 75,page 341,in Washington
County,a copy of which is hereto attached.
2.Said trust arises under the terms of Item 5 through
7 of the will of the said Robert W.Erwin.John F.Wiley
renounced as trustee of this fund and Washington Union Trust
Company accepted appointment as substituted trustee.The Wash-
ington Union Trust Company having elected to go into voluntary
liquidation filed its First and Final Account as substituted
trustee of this fund to No.13-87 of 1954,O.C.,and submitted
its resignation;whereupon your Honorable Court accepted said
resignation,and on May 17,1954,appointed Peoples National
Bank and Trust Company,now Pittsburgh National Bank,as sub-
stituted trustee.

3.The last life tenant under said will,towit,
Catherine Erwin Schneidewind,died November 9,1970,leaving as
her sole heirs at law,John J.Schneidewind,Mary Ann Brelje,
and Elinor A.Robertson,who are the only parties in interest
in the real estate hereinafter described.
4.Your petitioner filed its First and Final Account
as Trustee,and an Adjudication and Decree thereon at the above
number and term,dated December 31,1971,was duly filed award-
ing the assets then known to the above three residuary legatees.
5.Your petitioner respectfully requests a review of
the above named Adjudication and Decree in order to distribute
equally between John J.Schneidewind,Mary Ann Brelje and Elinor
A.Robertson the following real estate which has been discovered
since the date of said Adjudication and Decree,namely:
ALL that certain back lot situated in the 3rd
Ward of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING on the East side of a ten foot Alley
that runs from Spruce Alley to Walnut Street at a
point on land owned by John J.Schneidewind,Mary Ann
Brelje and Elinor A.Robertson,thence by said Alley
N 11°46'W 60 feet to land now or late of Wilson;
thence by same and others N 78°14'E 91.67 feet to
land of C.E.Cupler et ale and by same the following
three courses and distances:SIlo 46'E 30 feet,N 78°14'
E 33.33 feet and SIlo 46'E 30 feet to land of the
said John J.Schneidewind et al.and thence by same
S 78°04'W 125 feet to said Alley,place of beginning.
BEING in part the real estate as was conveyed
by Willie G.Decker et ux.to E.C.Horn by deed dated
November 9,1916 and of record in Deed Book Vol.435,
page 467,and was willed by Edwin C.Horn by will in
Will Book 58,page 426 to Mary L.Horn,his wife,who
died July 5,1941,and by her will of record in Will
Book 62,page 101,she devised same to Robert W.Erwin
who died April 10,1950,in St.Louis County,Missouri,
and an Exemplification thereof appears in Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in Will Book 75,page 341.

appears by their Joinder hereto attached and made a part hereof.
Your petitioner requests the Court,pursuant to
Section 721,of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,

W.Erwin,who died on April 10,1950,and ,an Exemplification of which Will is of record
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Washington County in Will Book 75,Page 341.

No Letters were granted in Pennsylvania as there were no personal assets to be
administered.John F.Wiley renounced as Trustee of this fund and Washington Union
'Trust Company accepted appointment as Substituted Trustee.
Washington Union Trust Company,having elected to go into voluntary liquidation,
filed its First and Final Account as Substituted Trustee of this fund to'No.13-87
of 1954 D.C.and submitted its resignation;whereupon your Honorable Court accepted
said resignation and,on May 17,1954,at the same number and term,your Honorable
Court appointed Peoples First National Bank &Trust Company (now Pittsburgh National
Bank)as Substituted Trustee.
