PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P.Ve MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Julia Dhanse respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the mother of Charles
Dhanse,who died March 4,1971 at the washington Hospital,said
decedent being a resident of Mte Pleasant Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
2~That the decedent lived with his mother,Julia
Dhanse,the Petitioner herein.
3.The decedent died intestate,leaving to survive
his mother as his sole and only heir at law.
4.Letters of Administration have not been petitioned
for,nor granted by the Register of wills of ~-1ashington County.
5.That the Petitioner claims the following personal
property:One (1)1964 Buick sedan automobile,Manufacturer's No.
AJ1588684,Title No.F163l6096 of a value of $200eOO;said
automobile was also Petitioned for by your Petitioner in the
Estate of Harry Dhanse at No.63~70-l068 and was awarded to your
Petitioner on account of her family exemption;said Petitioner
then transferred title to said car to her son,Charles Dhanse,
the within decedent.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that said property
be set apart to her and that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Transportation,be ordered to make the change in
the Certificate of Title to the name of the undersigned.
AND she will ever pray,etc.

hereby awarded to the mother of the said decedent)Julia Dhanse,
as and for her family exemption,and the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,Department of Transportation,is hereby ordered
and directed to issue a Certificate of Title to the said
automobile in the name of Julia Dhanse.
