convenient.
SECOND:I gIve,devise and bequeath all of ·my property,
real and personal,wherever situated,and.whether.acquired before

in fee simple,as her own absolutely;provided,however,that if
my said wife,BARBARA J.MANKO,fails to survive me or perishes~in
a common disaster with me,then in either event,I give,devise
and bequeath all of my property,real and personal,to my children:,
STEPHEN P.MANKO,JR.and SHARON ANN MANKO,equally,share and·ShaJe
alike.
THIRD:I hereby name my wife,BARBARA J.MANKO,as
Executrix of this Will,and if she should die,resign,be disquali~
