Deceased ) &~-11-I05~ No.of,1971 PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE The petition of VIRGINIA F.AYRES respectfully represents: 1.That your petitioner is the daughter of Sara A.Foster, a/k/a Mrs.Sara Foster,a/k/a Mrs.William J.Foster,and is a party in interest in her estate. 2.That the said Sara A.Foster,a/k/a Mrs.Sara Foster, a/kla Mrs.William J.Foster,died,.testate,on July 18,1971, and her Last Will and Testament is attached hereto,her residence at that time being Chartiers Township,Washington County,Penn- sylvania. 3.That the only beneficiaries named in said Will are a daughter,Mrs.Earl M.Ayres,of R.D.#1,Washington,Pa.,who is the same person as Virginia F.Ayres,your petitioner,a son, J.Howard Foster,of 207 Marian Avenue,Oakdale,Pa.,both of whom are sui juris,and a niece,ZelIa M.Wolfe,who predeceased decedent,having died on or about November 14,1969,and whose bequest,therefore,lapses according to the terms of said Will. 4.That decedent's entire estate at the time of her death \ consisted of the following assets: I I; I Savings Account,No.82-1994262,in Pittsburgh National Bank,Canonsburg,Pa. No.018629-6,dated 8/2/71 $1,465.61 328.57 21.46 Total assets 1,815.64 5.That no Letters Testamentary have been granted on the "."'_1 .' Estate of Sara A.Foster,a/k/a Mrs.Sara Foster,a/k/a Mrs. William J.Foster,deceased,and it is not intended that any shall be applied for. 6.That no wages have been paid directly to members of '(I decedent's family under Section 201 of the Act of 1949,and i~.o ....i- '.Jl'.
