AND NOW,comes Dorothy Sprowls,Petitioner herein,and
represents to Your Honorable Court that:
1.Jesse Sprowls died intestate on September 6,1971,
a resident of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania.
2.The only heirs at law of said decedent at the date
of his death were:
(a)Dorothy Sprowls (Daughter)
453 Woodland Avenue
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania 15317
(b)Jean Hillberry (Daughter)
Petroleum Avenue Extension
Claysville,Pennsylvania 15323
3.Your Petitioner applied for and received Letters of
Administration on the within estate on October 1,1971.
4.The sale assets of the decedent at the date of his
death were:
(a)Checking Account No.356-6190
Mellon National Bank &Trust Company
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania.
Balance as of date of death $2,006.92
(b)Social Security death Payment 255.00
(c)Dividend on Prudential Insurance
Co.Policy 17.02
(d)1966 Dodge Dart Automobile 250.00
$2,528.94
5.Said $2,006.92,said $17.02 and said $255.00,have
been deposited.in Account No.123-5477 in the Mellon National Bank
&Trust Company,Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,titled in the name of
Estate of Jesse C.Sprowls,deceased.
6.Said Dodge Dart automobile has been sold.
7.All debts of the decedent have been paid,with the
exception of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax.
8.The said Jean Hillberry,the only other heir at law
of said decedent,joins in the prayer of the Petitioner as evidenc d
by her consent attached hereto and designated as EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court
award the net balance of the estate of Jesse Sprowls,deceased,to
Petitioner subject to payment of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
and subject to payment of one-half thereof to Jean Hillberry.
