McJUNKIN ) ( No. (01/fJ of1971 ) ) PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE Margaret E. McJunkin~ widow, of Gerald 0. McJunkin, petitions this Court as follows: 1. Gerald 0. McJunkin died a resident of Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, his post office address being 126 Joyce Drive, McMurray, Pennsylvania, on September 11, 1971 . 2. Your petitioner, whose post office address is also 126 J oyc Drive, McMurray, Pennsylvania is the widow of the decedent, and was re- I siding with the decec:ient on the date of his death. 3. The decedent and the .petitioner were married on the 2nd day of July, 1940 at Blackwell, Oklahoma. 4. The decedent died intestate, leaving to survive him the following persons entitled to share in his estate: Margaret E. McJunkin, widow, Gerald P. McJunkin, son, age 20 and Jeffrey A. McJunkin, son, • age 17. 5. The petitioner is entitled to the family exemption. The property consisted of a 1966 Ford Sedan, Title No. B-19370388 valued at Nine Hundred and no/100 ($900. 00) Dollars. 6. The following disbursements have been made from the estate prior to the filing of this petition. Robert Wilson Funeral Home Downing Mortuary, Wichita Kansas $ 1318. 50 $ 535.45 j • ·~ I t ._f 7.
