GREY, ) ) Deceased ) ORPHANS COURT DIVISION PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE The petition of FRANCES VALJEAN GREY respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is the wife of Cecil N. Grey, decease . 2. That the residence of the deceased was Hanover Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. !hat the decedent died testate on July 21, 1971, while being a resident of Hanover Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 4. That your petitioner has not applied for letters of admin- istration and does not intend to apply, and no other person has applied for letters of administration to the knowledge of your petitioner. 5. That the estate of the decedent consists of. h'i% final monthly pension check from Weirton Steel Division of the National Steel Corporation, Weirton, West Virginia in the amount of $ 118. 76 and a check from Associates Oonsumer Discount Company, Washington, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $ 418. 46. ·. ·. . . 6. That there are no debts owing by the est ate. 7. That the decedent died testate leaving a Last Will and Testament which is attached hereto, whereby Frances V. Gr.ey, decedent's wife, is to receive the residue of the estate after all debts are paid. WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Honorable Court pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P. L. 512, as amended, 20 P. S. Section 320. 202, to award distribution of the entire estate of the decedent to FRANCES VALJEAN GREY, without further notice and without grant of letters of administration • . In the event of simultaneous deaths or in the event my wife, Frances V. Grey, is unable to act as Executrix then and in that event,_ I hereby name, constitute and appoint Donald M. BRUNNER and WALTER W~ GREGORY, JR., attorneys for the petitioner, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition, which consists a pension check from Weirton Steel Division of the National Steel Corporation, Weirton, West Virginia in the amount of $ 118. 76 and a check from Associate Consumer Discdimt Company, Washington, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $ 418.46 be awarded to FRANCES VALJEAN GREY, wife of the decedent.
