surveyed for John N. McDonald, May 15th and 16th, 1871.
BEGINNING ~t the Southeast corner of lot No. 2, in said
Plan;_ thence J:>y R. R. Alley North seventy-four degrees
east a dista~Ge of fifty (50) feet; thence by lot number
four (4) North sixteen degrees·west a distance of one
hundred-(100} feet; thence by Street South seventy-four
degrees West, a distance of fifty (50) feet; thence by
lot number 2 South sixteen. degrees-East one hundred (100)
feet to the,~lace of beginning, containing five thousand
(5000) squar~ feet.
· BEING the same certain lot or piece of ground which
~hbma§a£av~~lt et ux., by deed dated May 28, 1921 and
recorded in the Record~r's Office of Washington County in
D7ed Book Volume 491, Page 607, granted and conveyed to
MLchael Rehak and Mary Rehak, his wife. The said Mary

percent discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months
