M., at the age of sixty-four years. 4. That all of the personal property of the decedent which has come to the knowledge of your petitioner is set forth in the Inventory filed, a copy of which is attached hereto, in the total amount of $4,890.50. 5. That decedent owned no real estate in his own name. 6. That decedent and your petitioner owned real estate in Smith Township, washington County, Pennsylvania, as tenants by entireties. 7. That decedent died testate and his Will, dated July 2, 1954, gives his entire estate to your petitioner, on condition that she survives for thirty (30) days. The Will was probated and Letters Testamentary thereon issued to your petitioner on October 4, 1971, said Will being of record in Will Book 112, page 459. 8. That the children of the decedent are as follows: PAUL RAY SINGLETON 28 South Pershing Dr., Arlington, Va. 22204 RAE SINGLETON KRAMER R. D. #1, Hookstown, Pennsylvania 15050 '· 9. Marker 325.00 Total------------$1,562.16 All of the above have been paid by your petitioner, and copies of the receipts are attached hereto. 10. That your petitioner and deceased maintained the family relationship of husband and wife until the decedent's death and petitioner is, therefore, entitled to the Family Exemption of $1,500.00. 11. That your petitioner paid all of the bills set forth above at para• graph 9 out of her own funds. 12.
