LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HENRY P.BENNET
I,HENRY P.BENNET,of the City of Washington;
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
2.I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Audrey R.Bennet,all my property,whether real,personal or
mixed,and wherever situate;PROVIDED,however,that my said
wife survive me by six (6)months or more.
3.If my said wife does not survive me by six (6)
months or more,then I bequeath to each grandchild of mine
whp is surviving six (6)months from the date of my death the
sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars.Said Five Thousand
($5,000.00)Dollars shall be held in a savings account at
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Washington (or
some similar institution approved by the court),as a separate
savings account for each child and shall not be distributed
to said child until he or she reaches the age of twenty-one (21).
The guardian for said account shall be that daughter of mine

4.If my said wife does not survive me by six (6)
months or more,then I give,devise and bequeath all the rest
and residue of my estate to my children,share and share alike.
I do hereby appoint Howard E.Goldfarb as Trustee and guardian
of the Estate of any of my children who are under twenty-one (21)
yeC3,rs of age at the time they become entitled to a distribution
from my estate.
5.I direct that I shall be presumed to have sur-
vived my said wife,unless it appears unmistakably that I pre-
deceased her.

6.I hereby appoint my wife,AudreyR.Bennet,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.If my said wife
cannot so serve,then I appoint Howard E.Goldfarb as Executor to
serve as such without compensation.
