TO THE HONORABLE,PATSY VINCENT MARINO,President Judge of said
Court:
The petition of Frances Dorisio respectfully represents:
1.That Premo Dorisio,also known as Primo Dorisio)
late of Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died
intestate on May 5,1965,and Letters of Administration upon his
estate were issued to your petitioner by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania on June 28,1965.
2.That the real estate of which the said decedent died
seised consisted of three lots of ground with a dwelling house
thereon in Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
said lots of ground being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
ALL those three certain lots or parcels of ground
situate in Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,known and designated as Lots Nos.7,8 and 9 in a
Plan of Lots laid out by David Barnes,near Penowa Station,
on the Pittsburgh and West Virginia Railway,which Plan is
of record in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Washington County,Pennsylvania in Plan Book 3,page 139;
the three lots being jointly mQre particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of
Alvin Avenue,which point is common to Lot No.10 in said
Plan and the property herein conveyed;thence South 46°15'
West along the dividing line between Lots 9 and 10 in said
Plan to the northerly line of Cross Creek Road;thence along
the said Northerly line of Cross Creek Road North 62°21'
West the distance of 50.16 feet to a point~thence by the
same North 66°40'West the distance of 51.62 feet to a point;
thence by the same North 72°39'West the distance of 54.31
feet to a point in the line of lands now or formerly of
David Barnes;thence North 46°15'East along the line of
lands now or formerly of David Barnes the distance of 107.8
feet to the southerly line of Alvin Avenue;thence South 61°
45'East along the Southerly line of Alvin Avenue the dis-
tance of 150 feet to the place of beginning.
BEING the same premises conveyed by deed of Wilfred C.
McHugh and Helen M.McHugh,his wife,to Primo Dorisio and
Jane Dorisio,his Wife,dated November 6,1944,and recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 685,page 129.The said Jane
Dorisio died May 9,1954,leaving the said Primo Dorisio as
survivor in the tenancy by the entirety.The said Primo
Dorisio died May 5,1965,and Frances Dorisio is the duly
appointed Administratrix of his estate.
3.That your petitioner has entered into an Agreement
for private sale of said real estate to John J.Bertovich and
Susan M.Bertovich,his Wife,subject to the approval of your Hon-
orable Court,as appears by the original of said Agreement attached
hereto and made a.part hereof.Sale price $1,200.00.
4.That there is attached hereto and made a part hereof
an affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with real estate
values in the vicinity of the subject property,giving the fair
market value of said real estate proposed to be sold.
5.That the personalty estate was inventoried and 1iq-
uidated at $742.80,and at the time of issuance of Letters of
Administration,your petitioner filed a Bond with corporate surety
in the amount of $1,000.00.
6.That with the personalty aforesaid and with her own
personal funds,your petitioner has paid and advanced costs and
debts and deductions in excess of the sale price of said real es-
tate and the liquidated personalty,as follows:

trUly payor cause to be paid unto the said party of the first part,her executors and assigns
tM~mof One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)Dollars as follows:Six
Hundred ($600.00)Dollars on the signing hereof,the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged,and the balance of Six Hundred ($600.00)Dollars by a
Purchase Money Bond and Mortgage payable $50.00 or more each and every month,
said payments to be applied first to interest at the rate of 6%per annum,
and the balance to principal.
Settlement shall be subject to and shall be made after an Order of
the Court is secured under Section 541 of the-Fiduciaries Act.
Seller shall pay real estate taxes through 1971,and Buyers shall
pay all transfer taxes.
