PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR THE
ESTATE OF MARGARET L.KIMBERLAND,
a minor
TO THE HONORABLE P.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID
COURT:
I...The petit;ioners'are the parents of Margaret L.
Kimberland,20 years of age,she having been born on May 29,1951,
and they reside at 618 Duquesne Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington
County,pennsylvania.
2.That it is necessary to appoint a Guardian for the
Estate of the said minor for the reason that she is to receive th
sum of $14,038.70 in the settlement of a Trespass action.
3.That the said minor has no Guardian of her Estate.
4.The name and address of the prop?sed Guardian of th
said minoris estate is Dale Kimberland,Fourth Street Extension,
Houston,pennsylvania,15342.
5.That the proposed Guardian has no interest adverse
to the minor and is not the fiduciary or officer or employee of a
corporate fiduciary of any estate in which the minor has an inter st.
6.The said minor is entitled to the sum of $14,038.70
which sum is due her as a compromise settlement in a Trespass
action in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,
pennsylvania,at No.Term,1971,A.D.The sum
aforesaid are all the assets of the minoris Estate.

the minor,Margaret L.
Kimberland,appearing in open Court makes choice of Dale Kimberlan
and upon consideration thereof,Dale Kimberland is hereby appointe
Guardian of the Estate of the said Margaret L.Kimberland,as
prayed for.
AND IT IS FURTHER DIRECTED that the sum of $14,038.70.
shall be paid to Dale Kimberland as Guardian of Margaret L.
Kimberland,to be deposited by him in the First National Bank &
Trust Co.,Washington,Pennsylvania,said sum to remain in said

account and not to be witt .rawn therefrom during the minority of
said minor without prior Orphans Court approval,and the said
First National Bank &Trust Co.,Washington,Pennsylvania,is
hereby authorized to pay over the said sum of $14,038.70 plus
accrued interest directly to the said minor upon proper proof that
the said minor has attained her majority~
