the provisions of Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,
as amended;
And it is further Ordered and Decreed that a copy of
this Order will constitute authority on the part of the
petitioner,Lloyd G.Williams,to execute any instruments

PETITION UNDER SECTION 211 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949 FOR ALLOWANCE OF FAMILY EXEMPTION
To the Honorable,the Judges of said Court:
The Petition of Lloyd G.Williams by his attorney,
Joseph L.Hoffmann,respectfully represents:
1.That on July 18,1971,Betty Williams,deceased,
herein called the decedent,died domiciled at R.D.#2,Finley-
ville,Washington County,Pen~sylvania.
2.That your petitioner was the spouse and is the
survivnng widower of the decedent.
3.That Letters Testamentary or of Administration
have not been granted to any person as personal representative
of the decedent.
4.That the assets of the decedent's estate are as
follows:American Express Company Travelers checks in the total
amount of $230.00,represented by the following certificates:

5.That your petitioner is the only person interested
in the estate of the decedent and that he has paid the following
bills in connection with the death and burial of his deceased
spouse,Betty Williams,viz:
Walter Kennedy Funeral bill
Pigeon Creek Cemetery Grave lots
David Young,D.O.Honorarium
Cra 11 IS Flowers Account
$1700.00
6.That your petitioner is of the opinion that it is
unnecessary to raise any administration upon the estate of the
said decedent,otherwise than in this proceeding.
7.Therefore,your petitioner requests that the
assets of the estate of the decedent in the amount of $230.00
be awarded to him on account of the Family Exemption pursuant to
the provisions of Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,
as amended.
