PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR
THE ESTATE OF ROBERT ZARICKI
a minor.
TO THE HONORABLE P.VINCENT MARINO~PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID
COURT:
1.The Petitioners 'are the parents of Robert zaricki,
19 and 9 months of age,he having been born on January 2,1952,
and they reside at 531 McNary Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington Count!',
pennsylvania.
2.That it is necessary to appoint a Guardian for the
Estate of the said minor for the reason that he is to receive the
sum of $7,000.00 in the settlement of a Trespass action.
3.That the said minor has no Guardian of his Estate.
4.The name and address of the proposed Guardian of the
said minor's estate is Joseph S.Zaricki,531 McNary Avenue,
Canonsburg,pennsylvania.
5.That the proposed Guardian has no interest adverse
to the minor and is not the fiduciary or officer or employee of
a corporate fiduciary of any estate in which the minor has an
interest.
6.The said minor is entitled to the sum of $7,000.00
which sum is due him as a compromise settlement in a Trespass
action in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,
pennsylvania,at No.~O b Se OJ Term,1971,A.D.The sum

aforesaid are all the assets of the minor's Estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioners pray your Honorable Court to
appoint Joseph S.Zaricki,as the Guardian of the said minor's
Estate.

presented in open Court,the minor,Robert
th
Zaricki,appearing in open Court makes choice of Joseph S.Zari~ki
and upon consideration thereof,Joseph S.Zaiicki is hereby
appointed Guardian of the Estate of the said Robert Zaricki,as
prayed for.
AND IT IS FURTHER DIRECTED that the sum of $7,000.00
shall be paid to Joseph S.Zaricki as Guardian of Robert Zaricki,
to be deposited by him in the First National Bank &Trust Co.,
Washington,pennsylvania,said sum m remain in said account and
not to be withdrawn therefrom during the minority of said minor
without prior Orphans Court approval,and the said First National
Bank &Trust Co.,Washington,Pennsylvania,is hereby authorized
to pay over the said sum of $7,000.00 plus accrued interest
directly to the said minor upon proper proof that the said minor
has attained his majority.
