He died intestate with the minor his only child and heir at law.

as beneficiary.

1.Robert Paul Canfield is a minor who was born
on April 7,1966.

mother of Robert Paul Canfield.
3.The father of Robert Paul Canfield was Ronald
Eugene,Canfield.He died on June 28,1969.
4.The ~inor,Robert Paul Canfield,and your
petitioner reside together at 77 Mesta Drive,Washington,
Pennsylvania.
S.At the time of the death of the minor's father
your petitioner and the minor resided in the State of California.
6.The minor is the owner of personal property
worth $18,826.73 on July 31,1970,as is shown by the accounting
of Roger Blaine Canfield filed in Orange County,State of Califor-
nia,a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.

"7.The said Roger Blaine Canfield is guardian
of the Estate of Robert Paul Canfield appointed in the State
of California.At the time of his appointment the minor was a
resident of the State of California.
8.The minor now resides with your petitioner in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Your petitioner intends to
continue to reside,with her son,the minor,in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
9.Because of the minor's change of residence,
it is desirable that a guardian of the Estate of Robert Paul
Canfield be appointed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
10.Your petitioner proposes Union National Bank
of Pittsburgh,o Pennsylvania,to be guardian of the estate of
Robert Paul Canfield.The said proposed guardian is willing to
undertake the trust,as is shown by its certificate attached
hereto.

attorneys,PATRONO,CEISLER,EDWARDS &PETTIT,and respectfully
represents and sets forth as follows:
1.Your petitioner was appointed guardian of the
Estate of Robert Paul Canfield,a minor,on September 10,1971.
2.Your petitioner has in its hands assets of
ROBERT ~AUL CANFIELD totalling $23,037:66
invested as follows:

3.Th~minor resides with his mother,Kathleen
A.Canfield,at 112 Dunn Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania.
4.Ronald Eugene Canfield,father of the minor,
died on June 28,1969.
5.Pursuant to an order of your Honorable Court
.'dated September 18,1972 your petitioner advanced the.sum of
$1,300.00 to Kathleen A.Canfield as reimbursement to her for
support,care,and maintenance provided by her for the minor
in the period from June 28,1969 to August 28,1971.

6.Said Kathleen A.Canfield used the said sum
of $1,300.00 for partial payment for a mobile home in which the
minor and she have since resided.
7.It has now become desirable for Kathleen A.
Canfield to purchase a residence for her use and the use of
the minor in order for,the minor to be able to attend a proper
school.
8.In order to provide proper housing for the

minor and-·herself said Kathleen A.Canfield has requested from
your petitioner an allowance of Fifty and 00/100 ($50.00)per
month for the support,care;_and maintenance provided by her from
August 28,1971 to January 28,1 1976,a total sum of Two Thousand
Six Hundred Fifty ($2,650.00)Dollars.
9.Your petitioner is of the opinion that the
request of Kathleen A.Canfield is meritorious and that grant-
ing the request will accrue to the benefit of the minor.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to authorize it to make a payment to Kathleen A.Canfield in
the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty ($2,650.00)Dollars
to reimburse her for the care and maintenance of the minor which
she provided in the period from August 28,1971 to January 28,
1976.
