I,SAMUEL J.YERMAN,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish
this,my Last Will and Testament,~~reby revoking and making void all former wills
..
and codicils to wills heretofore made by·me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to .payall my jpst debts,
funeral expenses and costs of administration as soon as convenient after my deceas •
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,wherever situate,unto my wife,NANCY E.YERMAN;provided
.however,that if my said wife shall predecease me or we shall die in.common
disaster,then and in such event I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate unto
my children HENRIETTA HODGKINSCN of Barberton,Ohio;ELIZABETH PAVKOVICH of
Washington,Pennsylvania;NEAL G.YERMAN of Richmond Virginia;and MARTHA Y.WARD
of Washington,Pennsylvania,share and share alike.
THIRD:However,I request that all household furnishings remain the
property of my daughter,MARTHA Y.WARD,145 Lawr.ence AVID ue,Washington,Pa.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,MARTHA Y.WARD,
to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,and relieve her from
making any bond or returns.to any court whatsoever;provided however,in the event
that MARTHA Y.WARD shall predecease me or shall for any reason refuse or be unabl
to serve or to continue serving as Executrix hereof,then I do appoint my son,
NEAL G.YERMAN,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament and relieve
him from making any bond ~r returns to any court whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,SAMUEL J.YERMAN,the Testator of this,my Last
Will and Testament,have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~day of April,
