FIRST:I alrect that all my debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as my"Executrix deems practicable.
SECOND:I give and devise to Donald Taucher and A~a Mae Tau-
cher,husband and Wife,of Joffre,WashingtonCounty,Pennsylvania,the
following described real est~e in fee simple and absolutely:
Situate in Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
described as the West ten (10)teet of Lot #38,Berlin Plan,
said ten (10)feet to extend from the northerly side of said
lot which sets on a public road to the southerly side and
rear of said lot.
Being part of the same property conveyed to Vital De VaIk-
eneer by Washington county Tax Claim Bureau dated December
21,1960,and of record in the Recorders Office of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 1093,Pages 444 to 454.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue
of my estate,real,personal and mixed to my children Marlene Cooper,
Frances Hallahan,Donald De Valkeneer and Alma Turner in fee simple
and absolutely to share and share alike in equal shares.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,Alma
Turner,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I request
that she serve without bond.
FIFTH:I hereby authorize my Executrix to sell,mortgage,
lease,and conve:l any and all of my property at public and private,
sale,at any time and at any place,and for any price and upon any
terms and conditions as to cash and credit as she,in her discretion,
shall deem proper,and I hereby authorize my Executrix to make all
conveyances and to execute any legal documents tnat may
