filed a Number o3-:71-891.·.This hearing was set by JUdgeCurra
to dis'pose '~Yf two claims ~hich were submitted to the executor'
at the time we 'filed our Audit Petition.We noted the two claim

in the Audit Petition and the executor authorized us to deny said
claims.Both Mr.Albert W.Smith.who had one claim for.

$500.00 and'Mr.and Mrs.Gerald Caldwell.who had another
claim for $500.00 are here in Co.urttoday.They had ,appeared',
at the time of the audit.and I believe JU,dge,DiSalle requested

We have tried and we haven't,been able to,

and from then,.we went in the '67 Chevy,and by the w.ay~at the

He's forgotten it.We went from Washington to the airport and
we get about ten miles to the g,allon.We went from Wash ington
'to the airport and got Mr.Arnos,paid the parking while we
waited for Mr ~Amos,brought Mr.Amo~to the city police,
first stopping in Hickory at his aunt's.Mr.Amos did not want
to go to his mother's home under any conditions.We brought hi n

family exemption,where applicable;costs of administration of this estate;counsel fees and fUdiciary's
