We have tried and we haven't,been able to, so <;>f course,now is the time set by Judge Curran to dispose of this.We have not been able to settle it.sowe notified Mr. Smith and Mr.and Mrs.Gerald Caldwell.They are here and )heyare not represented by an attorney.So they would have t. to present their claims in the best manner.I assume.'.','.
