PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
AND NOW,this ;36 H.day of August,1971,comes the Petitioner
RUTH FINK of the Borough of New Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and alleges as follows:
1.The Petitioner is Ruth Fink a resident of the Borough of New
Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and her mailing address is R.D.# ,
Finleyville,Pennsylvania.
2.Wayne Fink,her husband,hereinafter called theIfdecedentlfdied
on June 8,1971.
3.The decedent was survived by his spouse Ruth Fink who is also
the Petitioner.
4.The decedent and the Petitioner were married on May 24,1941,
at Elizabeth,Pennsylvania,and such marriage relationship persisted down
to the time of the death of the decedent.
5.The Petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at the
time of his death.
6.The decedent left no will and no letters of administration have
been issued.
7.The estate of the decedent consisted only of 48 shares of Copper
weld Steel Company common stock.
8.The aforesaid 48 shares of common stock owned by the decedent
at the time of his death had a value Of $730.00 dollars.

WHEREFORE the Petitioner requests that the 48 shares of Copper-
weld Steel Company stock be awarded to her as her family exemption under
Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,20 P.S.§320.211.

It is further ORDERED and DIRECTED that such stock be transferred
to the said Ruth Fink on the books of said corporation in accordance with the
rules and regulations pertaining thereto.

I hereby consent to the transfer of the above securities now registered in the name of the aforesaid
Decedent and waive the filing of a certificate certifying to the payment of the transfer inheritance tax to which
the property of said Decedent is made subject pursuant to the provisions of the Act of June 20,1919,P.L.521,
as amended and the Act of June 15,1961,P.L.373,as amended.This is also in accordance with the provisions
of the Act of April 9,1929,P.L.343.
This Consent to Transfer the herein described property operates only in reference to the estate of the
above-named Decedent.
