one of the executors and also entitled to 1/2 of the estate,elects to take
the $300.A.T.&T.Temporary Bond-8-3/4%-due 5/l5/2000,appraised @$32l.94,in
kind,at appraisal,and requests the Court to award same to him in kind.
The two residua~y legatees also elect to take the A.T.&T.stock,General
Motors Corp.stoc,U.S.Steel stock,household goods,11/12 interest in 71.71
acres of land,and 1/9 interes.t in oil and gas under 131.5 and 146 acres of
land,all in kind,at appraisal,as shown on Inventory and account,and request
that 1/2 of same·be awarded to each of them.Nothing in the estate has been
sold.See suggested distribution.

(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Louis Phillip Driehorst and James Kenneth Driehorst
the Executor s in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid',do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Louis Phillip Driehorst and James Benneth Driehorst
committing unto Them the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Them
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Offi'ce,at Wa!shington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I,NAOMI/McCRACKEN of Somerset Township,Washington·
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I dire~t that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my death.
SECOND:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my two·
sons,LOUIS PHILLIP DRIEHORST JR.,and JAMES KENNETH DRIEHORST,
to be divided equally between them,share and share alike;and in
the event that either of my sons above named should predecease me,.
I devise and bequeath their one-half share or part of the residue
of my estate to their children,said share or part to be divided
equally among said children.It is my desire and hope that my
sons above named will use their respective share of my estate for
the primary purpose of educating their children.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my two sons,
LOUIS PHILLIP DRIEHORST and JAMES KENNETH DRIEHORST,to be the
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,NAOMI McCRACKEN,the Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,

I,NAOMI/McCRACKEN of somerset Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or will.
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and tuneral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my death.
SECONDs All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my two'
sons,LOUIS PHILLIP DRIEHORST JR.,and JAMES KENNETH DRIEHORST,
to.be divided equally between them,share and share alike:and in
the event that either of my sons above named should predecease me,
of my estate to their children,said share or part to be divided
equally among said children.It is my desire and hope that my
sons'above named will use their respective share of my estate for
the primary purpose of educating their children.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my two son.,
LOUIS PHILLIP DRIEHORST and J~~S KENNETH DRIEHORST,to be the
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,NAOMI McCRACKEN,the Testatrix
