Lesta J.Sprowls
late of Claysville in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Duward G.Sprowls and Murl Sprowls Burns
the Executors in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Duward G.Sprowls and Murl Sprowls Burns
committing unto them the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring them

granddaughter,Deborah-Jane Grimes.
SIXTH:I give and bequeath the remainder of my
household furniture and furnishings to my three (3)children,
Duward G.Sprowls,Murl Sprowls Burns and Caroline Sprowls Grimes,
to be divided among them as they shall see fit.
