PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION
211 FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 and FOR THE SETTLE-
MENT OF SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 FIDU-
CIARIESACT OF 1949.
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO:
MARIE M.GALLICK respectfully represents:
1.That the decedent,Peter J.Gallick,died on
April 7,1970,a resident of Carroll Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That the petitioner,Marie M.Gallick,is the
surviving spouse of the above decedent,and that she is now
residing at 503 Fourth Street,Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and that she and the dededent were married in
St.Mary's Russian Orthodox Church,Monongahela,Pennsylvania,
on the I tJ day of t?-"'t4~,19.33 and that the petitioner
was a member of decedent's household at the time of his death.
3.The decedent died testate,but no letters
testamentary have been applied for or granted by the Register
of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,or any other
county.
4.The names and relationship of those interested
in his estate as next of kin are:
MarieM.Gallick,widow
503 Fourth Street
Monongahela,Pennsylvania
sole devisee in the Will of said Peter J.Gallick.
5.MarieM.Gallick is entitled to a family exemption
and hereby makes her claim for said exemption as she is the
surviving spouse of the decedent,with whom she resided at the
time of his death.
6.The property of the decedent and the value of
the same are as follows:
60 shares of UNITED COMMUNITIES PROPERTIES,
INC.,the value of which is $700.00.It is
and over-the~counter stock and is not listed
on any stock exchange.
7.The following disbursements have been made on
behalf of the estate by your petitioner prior to fioing this
petition:

8.There are no unpaid claimants of whom the

direct distribution of the above property to MARIE M.GALLICK,
as her family exemption and for incurring expenses of his funeral,
etc.,as set forth in paragraph No.7.

AND NOW,October,/~,1971,upon consideration
of the annexed Petition,and pursuant to the provisions under
Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,the
property of the Estate of Peter J.Gallick,Deceased,namely,
60 shares of UNITED COMMUNITIES PROPERTIES,INC.,is ORDERED
to be distributed to and awarded to MARIE M.GALLICK,his widow,
as her family exemption.
Allor any transfer agents to whom the above described
property is presented for transfer,shall give full effect to
this ORDER,and are relieved of any liability by the transferring
of said property to MarieM.Gallick.
