tion of the within petition present by Maury D.Nusbaum,Esq.,
of the Washington-Greene Legal Aid Society,attorney for Priscilla
Howard,'Petitioner,distribution of One Hundred Twenty-seven and
---93'/100 ($127.93)Dollars,being Credit Life Insurance rebate
check from Old Security Life Insurance Company of Kansas City,
Missouri,made payable to the Estate of Paul Howard,Deceased,is
hereby ordered and decreed to be made to Priscilla Howard,widow
of said decedent.
And the payment of the said check from Old Security Life In-
surance Company of Kansas City,Missouri to Priscilla Howard,
widow of said decedent,is authorized and directed in order to
effect the distribution of said sum of One Hundred Twenty-seven
and ----93/l00ths,($127.93)Dollars as set forth herein above:
said distribution to be made without the grant of any letters in
the Estate of Paul Howard,Deceased,or further notice,and that
this Decree shall be sufficient warrant for so doing,and that,
upon making such payment in distrIibutiJon,the Old Security Life
Insurance Company of Kansas City,Missouri,shall be released and
discharged of and from any further liability and accounting to
anyone,for on or account of the same.

PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF
SMALL ESTATE
The petition of Priscilla Howard respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Paul Howard,Decease ,
and resides at 104 West Pike Street,Canonsburg,Washington County
Pennsylvania.
2.That decedent,Paul Howard died intestate on May 9,1971,
a resident of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,twenty-
six (26)years of age,having been born on March 28,1945.
3.That decedent's entire estate consists of the following
asset:
PERSONALTY:
a.Credit Life Insurance rebate from the Old Security
Life Insurance Company of Kansas City,Missouri,in the total sum
of $12 7.93,said sum being the balance of insurance on a loan from
Federated Finance Consumer Discount Company of Washington,Washi.ng
ton County,Pennsylvania to decedent,made payable to the Estate
of decedent.
REALTY:
None.
4.That the said Paul Howard,Deceased,was survived by the
following heirs-at-law:
a.PRISCILLA HOWARD,-Widow
b.BOBBIE JO HOWARD,-Daughter,age 3
c.PAUL MARVIN HOWARD,JR.,-Son,age 2
None of the above heirs-at-law being sui juris,except the
widow,Priscilla Howard.
5.All of the creditors of decedent have been paid in full.
6.That the petitioner and decedent lived together in the
relation of husband and wife up until his death as she stated.
7.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to
the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,
19~9,P.L.512,as amended,pertaining to her Family Exemption of
$1500.00.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that this Honorable Court direct
the payment of the rebate check from Old Security Insurance Com-
pany in the sum of$127.93,made payable to the Estate of Paul
Howard,Deceased,to Priscilla Howard,widow,on account of her
Family Exemption.
And she will ever pray,
