I,JOSEPH DROBISZEWSKI,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all former \~ills or testamentary writings
heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I appoint Patricia Drobiszewski,my sister,as
Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.I direct my Executrix
to retain my friend,Arnold W.Hirsch,Attorney at Law,as attorney for
my estate.In the event that for any reason the said Patricia

Drobiszewski shall not assume or continue in her office as Executrix,
I appoint in her place or stead my friend,Arnold W.Hirsch.I direct
that no bond shall be required of either of the appointees named in this
paragraph.My said appointee,in addition to the powers conferred by
law,shall have the power to sell at public or private sale,to exchange
or to lease,for any period of time,any real or personal property,and
to give options for sales,exchanges or leases,for such prices and upon
such terms or conditions as my said appointee shall deem proper.
SECOND.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my
death.

THIRD.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,
personal and mixed,wheresoever located and whether acquired before or
after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,to the following
three persons,in equal shares:Mary Drobiszewski,my mother;Patricia
Drobiszewski,my sister;and Reginia Dougert,my sister.
FOURTHo I make no provision for my wife,Sophia Drobiszewski,
she having wilfully and maliciously deserted me on November 4th,1967 •

FIFTH.In the event t~at any of the beneficiaries named in
article THIRD shall predecease me,the share of my estate that beneiiciar·
would have received had she survived me shall be divided equally among
the surviving named beneficiaries.
SIXTH.In construing the provisions of this,my Last Will and
Testament,use of the masculine,feminine and neuter genders shall
include the others;the singular shall include the plural and the plural
shall include the singular;and words used in the past tense or present
tense shall include the future tense.

PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
1.The Petitioner is Mary Drobiszewski.
2.Petitioner resides at 218 Third Street,Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
3.Petitioner is the mother of Joseph Drobiszewski,the above
named decedent.
4.Decedent lived with Petitioner in a family relationship at
218 Third Street,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the time
of his death.
5.One Sophia Drobiszewski,who claims to be the widow of the
decedent,has filed a paper taking against the Will in the decedentTs
estate.Petitioner has no knowledge as to whether or not the said
Sophia Drobiszewski was ever lawfully married to the decedent.In the
event that the said Sophia Drobiszewski was married to decedent at the
time of his death,Petitioner alleges that the said Sophia Drobiszewski
had forfeited her rights to the family exemption by reason of having wi -
fully and maliciously and without just cause deserted the decedent from
and after the 4th day of November,1967.
6.Petitioner requests that the family exemption be paid to her
out of cash at the time of audit.

The petition of Sophia Drobiszewski respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Joseph Drobiszewski,
a/k/a Joseph Stanley Drobiszewski,who died on July 30,1971,a
resident of the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania
2.That the decedent and petitioner were married on April 8,
1942,in Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
3.That the petitioner was forced out of the decedent's house
hold on or about November 4"1967,and has been living with her
relatives at 3064 Beechwood Boulevard,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,
since that time.
4.That the decedent left a Will duly probated by the Registe
of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania.,dated May 18,1968.
Patricia Drobiszewski was appointed the Executrix of said estate.
5.That the petitioner claims $1,500.00 money,now in the
hands of the Executrix,as her widow's exemption under the
Pennsylvania Probate,Estates &Fiduciaries Code,§3121,formerly

1.Sophia Drobiszewski,the surviving widow of the above
decedent,filed an Election to Take Against the Will in the above

AGREEMENT
I,JOSEPH DROBISZEWSKI,hereby acknowledge that I am
seriously ill with an illness from which I will probably not recover.For
some time I have required regular nursing services in order to keep me
alive.These services are a daily necessity.I have been receiving these
services from my two sisters,Patricia Drobiszewski and Reginia Dougert,
who faithfully,and without regard to their own situations,have performed
the tasks that I require.
I have always intended that my sisters be paid for their nursing
services to me and always considered my sisters as being entitled to payment.
I so advised them on September 27th,1970.It is my desire that my sisters
be paid for these services at the rate of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars per week for
each of them.These services began on September 27th,1970,and no
payment has been made up until the date of these presents.They will continue
as long as I am living.I foresee that I will not be able to make any payments
to my sisters during my lifetime.
Although my sisters are unwilling to ask for payment for their
services and do not want to accept such payment,I insist that they be paid
for these services.I have persuaded them to agree to make a claim for such
services against my estate and have persuaded them to accept payment for
these services.Even though they are most reluctant to subscribe their
names to this agreement,at my urging they will subscribe their names.
This should make them creditors of me and of my estate for the value of the
services rendered to me computed in the manner set out herein.

decedent.The Estate denies that she is entitled to take against the Will by reason
of her having wilfully and maliciously deserted the decedent on November 4th,1967 •

2.A Petition for Family Exemption was filed on January 14th,1972,by Mary Drobis-
zewski,the mother of the decedent with whom decedent lived in a family relationship
at the time of his death.Mary Drobiszewski died intestate on 9ff"'I'LlY'/0/,1972,
leaving as her sole heirs at law her two daughters,Patricia Drobiszewski,the
Accountant herein,and Regina Dougert.The said Patricia Drobiszewski and Regina

of the tax paid is allowed.

The 15%tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed,and not
paid before January 18,1996,the first day 'after the end of the tax amnesty period.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency,or nine (9)months and one (1)day from the date of
death,to the date of payment.Taxes which became delinquent before January 1,1982 bear interest at the rate of
six (6%)percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164.All taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1,1982 will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate
announced by the PA Department of Revenue.The applicable interest rates for 1982 through 1996 are:
