TO:The Honorable P.V.MARINO,Judge of said Court:
The Petition of MARY SZCZERBIENSKI,a minor,age nineteen
(19)years,by MARION SZCZERBIENSKI and ELIZABETH SZCZERBIENSKI,
parents and natural guardians of said minor respectfully states:
1.Mary Szczerbienski was born on December 10,1951,and
resides in Westland,Washington County,Pennsylvania,with Marion
Szczerbienski and Elizabeth Szczerbienski,her parents.
2.It is necessary that a guardian of the estate of this minor be
appointed by reason of receipt of proceeds of a Compromise Settlement in
the amount of $8,622.12 before ,the Court of Common Pleas of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,Civil Action-Law,at No.482 May Term,1971,A.~.D.
3.The proposed guardian is the Pittsburgh National Bank
located at 6 South Main Street,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania
4.The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to that of the
minor and is not a fiduciary or an officer or employee of the corporate
fiduciary of an estate in which the minor has an interest nor surety or an
officer or employee of the corporate surety of such a fiduciary.

TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:

The Petition of Pittsburgh National Bank of Washington
Pennsylvania,respectfully represents:
1.That Mary Szczerbienski,a minor,resides with her
parents,Marion Szczerbienski and Elizabeth Szczerbienski,at
Box 8,Westland,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said minor was born on December 10,1951,
and at the present time is twenty~(20)-years of age.
3.That Mary Szczerbienski will begin the second
semester of her senior year at St.Mary's College,South Bend,
Indiana,in January of 1973.
4.That said minor will incur expenses in connection'
with tUition,books,supplies,etc.,in the amount of $2,000.0
5.That due to 1ack'of funds of the minor's parents,
she is unable to pay the said tuition and related expenses.
6.That the minor's estate consists of:

duly appointed by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
the sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Six and 87/100 ($6,436.87)
Dollars,being the amount awarded me by the Court of Common Pleas of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court Division,in full
satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,
against my said Guardian,and of all monies or property for which it may
be accountable,and I do,therefore,by these presents,remise,release,
