PETITION TO DETERMINE ADDITIONAL BOND
The Petition of Carolyn M.Kiger n/k/a Carolyn M.Kiger
Hemelt,Administratrix of the above estate,respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That Willis J.Kiger died a resident of East Finley
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on the 7th day of
January,1965,intestate.
2.Letters of Administration were granted unto your
Petitioner by the Register of Wills on the 30th day of July,1971.
3.The said decedent died seized of interest in the
following parcel of land (the sale of which has been negotiated.)
(See copy of Agreement to Purchase attached hereto):
ALL that certain tract of land situate
in East Finley Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone at the lower side of
the public.road in the Kelly line,North 32°6'
West 12 rods to a stone;North 64°20'East 13.45
rods to a stone;South 32°6'East 12 rods to a
stone;South 64°20'West 13.45 rods to a stone
to place of beginning.CONTAINING 1 acre,more
or less.
4.The purchase price of the property has been fixed
at Twenty-nine Hundred (~2,900.00)Dollars.(see copy of Purchase
Agreement attached hereto.)
5.The total assets of the estate appear to be in the
amount of Twenty-nine Hundred Twenty-'t.YJO a.nd 71/100 ($2,922.71)
Dollars consisting entirely of the a~0~ementioned real estate

9.If Buyer defaults in payment or performance for thirty days,Seller may,at Seller's election,
use one or more of the following remedies in addition to or instead of any other remedies provided by law:
(a)rescind this agreement and retain
which case Seller shall retain title to the real estate
shall surrender this Agreement for cancellation;
all sums paid on account hereof as liquidated damages,in
free and clear of any obligation or duty to Buyer and Buyer-"

(b)eject Buyer from said real estate,for which purpose Buyer hereby authurizes allY atturney
of any Court of Record to appear for Buyer and confess judgment against Buyer in an amicable action of ejectment,
with immediate writ for possession of the real estate and for damages,to include attorney's commission of five %
or $---and costs,hereby waiving stay of execution,exemption and inquisition,with release of all errors;
(c)affirm this agreement by delivery of deed to Buyer,declare all sums due hereunder to be
forthwith due and payable,and cause judgment to be entered therefor,for which purpose Buyer hereby authorizes
and empowers any attorney of any Court of Record to appear for Buyer and confess judgment against Buyer for
the whole balance due,together with interest,attorney's commission of five %or $----,and costs,
and hereby agrees to immediate execution thereon,waiving stay of execution,exemption and inquisition,with re-

10.This Agreement shall extend to and benefit and bind the heirs,executors,administrators,successors and
