PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949 FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of AUSTIN D.STUDA respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of WILLIAM DUDLEY WILSON,
2.That the residence of the deceased was 16 Shady Avenue,
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died testate February 9,1971 while being
a resident of the Borough of Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
The decedent's Will is attached hereto as "Exhibit A".
4.That your petitioner has not applied for letters testamentary
and does not intend to apply,and no other person has applied for letters
testamentary to the knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That in his Will decedent bequeathed the sum of $100.00
to his brother,Hugh R.Wilson and the sum of $100.00 to his sister,
Laura Sausser~the said Laura Sausser refused to sign a joinder for unknown
reasons and she has been notified of the presentation of this Petition as
shown by copy of notice with certified mail,return receipt attached hereto
as "Exhibit B".

I,WILLIAM DUDLEY WILSON,of the Borough of Burgettstown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and de-
clare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00
Dollars to my brother,HUGH R.WILSON,and the sum of One Hundred
($100.00)Dollars to my sister,LAURA SAUSSER,and direct that

the inheritance tax on both of said bequests be paid out of my
general estate.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of Whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own,or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath,absolutely,to my
son and daughter-in-law,AUSTIN D.STUDA and KATHRYN STUDA,his
wife.
3.I hereby appoint AUSTIN D.STUDA as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament.
